Content Posting Virtual Assistant

Job Summary:
We're pleased to bring on a reliable and detail-oriented Social Media VA to manage the daily posting and scheduling of content across our social media channels. This role is focused purely on execution — taking finished content such as carousels and stories and making sure it goes out consistently and on time across all our platforms. It does not involve content creation, editing, or strategy, making it a great fit for someone who thrives with a clearly defined scope and dependable routine.

Key Responsibilities:

• Post and schedule content (carousels, stories, and other assets) across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
• Upload finished content provided by the team, checking captions, hashtags, and formatting before publishing
• Maintain a consistent daily posting schedule across all platforms
• Pull and organize content assets from a shared Google Drive
• Flag any delays, technical issues, or missing assets promptly
• Confirm posts meet each platform's formatting requirements before going live
• Coordinate with team members on posting priorities and deadlines
• Track completed posting tasks and provide simple status updates

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven experience posting and scheduling content on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
• Comfortable navigating Google Drive to access and organize files
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• Strong communication skills and quick responsiveness
• Ability to consistently follow a daily posting schedule

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with social media scheduling tools or a CRM
• Familiarity with formatting best practices for carousels and stories across platforms
• Experience working within a marketing or education-based business
• Comfortable managing multiple platforms at once without missing deadlines
