Producer — Full Time

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Producer to manage content and video projects from kickoff through final delivery.

You’ll coordinate pre-production, shoots and post-production, keep projects and timelines moving, manage client communication and feedback, and ensure every deliverable meets the expected quality before it goes out.

This role is suited for someone who is organised, proactive, comfortable working with both clients and creative teams, and able to manage multiple projects at the same time.

Key Responsibilities

Project Ownership & Timeline Management

• Manage projects from initial briefing and kickoff through final delivery
• Build and maintain project timelines, schedules and task trackers
• Coordinate internal team members, freelancers, talents and external vendors
• Ensure deadlines, deliverables and project requirements are clearly communicated and followed

Production Coordination

• Coordinate pre-production including shoot schedules, shot lists, call sheets, logistics and talent arrangements
• Support and coordinate production on shoot days
• Oversee post-production progress and ensure deliverables remain on schedule

Client Communication & Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned projects
• Provide regular project updates and manage client expectations
• Translate client feedback into clear, actionable instructions for the internal team
• Ensure feedback and approvals are properly documented

Quality Control & Delivery

• Review content and video deliverables before they are sent to clients
• Check for accuracy, quality, brand alignment and adherence to the approved brief
• Manage revision rounds and ensure feedback is properly addressed
• Maintain organised file naming, version control and final handovers

Risk & Issue Management

• Identify potential delays, scope changes or production issues early
• Escalate issues when necessary and propose practical solutions
• Help manage project scope and minimise unnecessary rework

Process Improvement & Team Support

• Help improve production workflows and project management processes
• Maintain clear project documentation and communication standards
• Support the wider team in improving project efficiency and delivery quality

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in project management, production, account servicing or a similar role, preferably within marketing, advertising, social media or video production
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Project Management, Media or a related field is preferred
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable communicating directly with clients and internal creative teams
• Detail-oriented with a strong eye for quality and accuracy
• Familiarity with Notion or similar project management tools
• Familiarity with social media platforms, scheduling tools and basic performance analytics is an advantage
• Proactive problem-solving mindset and able to work independently when required
