Content, Production & Partnerships Specialist

We’re looking for a Content, Production & Partnerships Specialist who can take ownership of the execution behind our content and media initiatives.

This is a hands-on role. Coordinate media shoots, content production, creators, influencers, and brand partnerships. Work closely with strategy and creative teams, external vendors, and talent.

You should be someone who can take an idea from brief planning production execution delivery without things falling through the cracks.

What You’ll Do:

Content & Media Production

• Plan, coordinate and execute photo and video shoots for TRD and its clients
• Coordinate photographers, videographers, stylists, makeup artists, locations, models, creators and production teams
• Develop shoot schedules, production checklists, call sheets and timelines
• Manage shoot-day logistics and ensure smooth execution
• Coordinate post-production, edits, revisions and final delivery
• Work with creative teams to translate concepts and briefs into effective content
• Ensure content is delivered on time and to the required creative standard
• Ensure teams have the information they need before execution
• Troubleshoot problems quickly when plans change

Creator & Brand Partnerships

• Identify relevant creators and influencers across categories
• Build and maintain a creator/influencer database
• Research creator profiles, audiences, engagement and brand fit
• Reach out to creators and manage communication
• Coordinate collaborations, deliverables, timelines and approvals
• Negotiate commercials and partnership terms where required
• Track campaign deliverables and performance
• Build long-term relationships with relevant creators
• Identify potential brand collaboration opportunities
• Research and develop partnership opportunities for TRD and its clients
• Support leadership initiate conversations with potential partners
