Content Production Coordinator / Video Editor

About the role

KamelMedia is looking for a Content Production Coordinator / Video Editor to join our team and support the content operations of a growing personal health, wellness, and longevity brand. This position is ideal for someone who combines video editing skills with strong organization and attention to detail. You will help manage the content production process, from organizing raw assets and editing videos to coordinating approvals, scheduling, and publishing.

Key responsibilities

• Edit engaging short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, and YouTube Shorts
• Organize and maintain photo and video assets using Google Drive and cloud-based storage systems
• Build and maintain an efficient folder and file organization system
• Monitor content progress from raw footage to editing, approval, scheduling, and publication
• Create basic thumbnails, graphics, and other supporting visual assets
• Assist with preparing captions and organizing content for publication
• Schedule finalized content across relevant social media platforms
• Prepare basic content performance reports and analytics
• Coordinate multiple content tasks while keeping deadlines and priorities on track

About you

• Hands-on experience editing short-form social media videos
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Experience handling and organizing large volumes of digital files and media assets
• Comfortable working with Google Drive and cloud-based file management tools
• Excellent attention to detail and file organization
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects while meeting deadlines
• Proactive, dependable, and able to work effectively in an onsite team environment
