Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Content Publishing Associate to join our client's team. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with digital content, managing publishing schedules, maintaining content accuracy, and ensuring that content is uploaded and published according to established guidelines.

This role requires strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to handle multiple publishing tasks while meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Upload, format, and publish content across relevant digital platforms.
• Ensure all content is accurate, properly formatted, and ready for publication.
• Manage content schedules and ensure timely publishing.
• Review content for formatting issues, errors, and consistency before publishing.
• Organize and maintain content files, records, and publishing calendars.
• Coordinate with relevant team members to ensure content is delivered on time.
• Monitor published content and make updates or corrections when required.
• Follow established content guidelines and publishing workflows.
• Manage multiple assignments while maintaining accuracy and productivity.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in content publishing, content management, or a similar role is preferred.
• Good written communication and comprehension skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Familiarity with digital publishing platforms, content management systems (CMS), or website administration is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of content formatting and publishing workflows.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to work on-site during the specified working hours.
