Content Review and Tagging Manager

Key Responsibilities

1.Supervise and manage a team of content review and tagging, ensuring they meet performance targets.

2.Conduct regular coaching, training and performance reviews with team members to support their professional development and growth.

3.Maintain accurate records and reports on team performance, attendance and productivity.

4.Implement team engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture and improve retention.

5.Collaborate with other departments and management to identify process improvements and operational efficiencies.

6.Ensure adherence to company policies, and applicable regulatory requirements..

7.Participate in recruitment, onboarding and training of new team members as needed.

8.Communicate effectively with senior management regarding team performance, challenges and opportunities.

Qualifications

1.Bachelor's Degree preferred.

2.Minimum 8 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

3.Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.

4.Ability to handle complex customer inquiries and manage escalations with empathy and professionalism.

5.Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

6.Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze customer service metrics and translate them into actionable insights.

7.Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
