About the Role

We are looking for a creative, dynamic, and hands-on Content Shoot & Creator Intern to join our team. In this role, you will be right at the heart of our media production—conceptualizing, shooting, and editing short-form and long-form video content for social media channels, digital campaigns, and brand promotions.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation & Ideation: Brainstorm creative concepts, hooks, and storylines for reels, shorts, stories, and promotional videos.
• On-Site Shoot Execution: Handle smartphone and professional camera setups, lighting, audio recording, and framing during video shoots.
• Video Editing & Post-Production: Cut, edit, and enhance raw footage using tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Canva; add dynamic captions, trending audio, and visual effects.
• Trend Tracking: Stay on top of current social media trends, viral formats, and platform algorithms across Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to align visuals with brand guidelines and campaign goals.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Passion for Media: A strong portfolio or active personal/academic social media pages demonstrating video creation and editing skills.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with basic video editing software (Premiere Pro, CapCut, InShot) and smartphone videography techniques (lighting, stabilization, audio framing).
• Aesthetic Sense: An eye for clean, modern, and engaging visual storytelling.
• Proactive Mindset: Energetic, adaptable, and eager to learn fast in a fast-paced environment.
• Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Jaipur.
