Content SME - Lead

• Act as the primary custodian of brand knowledge within content operations, ensuring consistency and accuracy of brand voice.
• Develop and refine content strategies by deeply understanding brand vision, values, and positioning.
• Partner with brand teams, marketing, and SMEs to translate strategic intent into compelling, scalable content.
• Guide the creative execution of campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and strategic objectives.
• Identify and implement best practices for engaging KOLs and healthcare audiences across multiple channels.
• Ensure all content is contextually accurate, operationally feasible, and aligned with business and marketing goals.
• Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of content strategies, providing insights for continuous improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in brand content.
