Content Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develop engaging sales and Health & Well-being training materials, including guides, presentations, and storytelling-based content.
• Design interactive e-learning modules and assessments using advanced tools (animations, triggers, basic JavaScript/HTML preferred).
• Create and script high-quality training videos in partnership with internal teams and external creative agencies.
• Collaborate with ABO leaders, SMEs, marketing, and capability teams to ensure content relevance and accuracy.
• Leverage global training resources and apply adult-learning principles to deliver impactful learning solutions.
• Support evaluation initiatives and use insights to enhance training effectiveness and learner experience.

Preferred Candidates

• Graduate with 8-12 years of experience in Content Creation.
• Experience in sales content design program facilitation, and training delivery.
• Strong understanding of latest e learning, video development and virtual engagement tools
