Role Summary

The Content Specialist is responsible for creating, optimizing, and managing high-quality digital content designed to drive traffic, user engagement, and revenue through affiliate marketing initiatives. The role leads the planning, shooting, editing, and execution of short-form beauty content featuring brands, products, and promotional campaigns, while monitoring content performance and using data-driven insights to improve traffic, engagement, and conversion.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, etc.) for beauty brands, products and online campaign.
• Set-up and direct shoots for clips to be used in content creation (concept, lighting, styling, product staging)
• Create content strategy and calendar, and manage cross team project timelines
• Monitor metrics, analyze data to support content optimization and increase traffic and conversion
• Manage and optimize content for affiliate marketing initiatives, ensuring brand, product, and promotional messaging are effectively communicated.
• Stay updated on social media and beauty content trends to develop relevant, engaging, and competitive content.

Key to your success in this role will be:

• Education: College Graduate/Bachelor’s Degree
• Relevant Experience: At least 1–2 years of experience in short-form content creation, videography, and video editing.
• Proficient in video editing tools such as Premiere Pro, Canva, CapCut, or similar software.
• Skilled in camera handling, video production setup, lighting, styling, and product staging.
• Experience using TikTok Ads Manager.
• Strong understanding and awareness of social media, beauty, and content trends.
• Has a good eye for visual storytelling, content quality, and creative execution.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple content projects and deadlines.
