[YouTube Content Specialist – Chinese Entertainment Content]

We are looking for a YouTube Content Specialist to join our YouTube Operations Team, supporting Tencent Video and WeTV content on YouTube. This role will focus on the daily operation, publishing, optimization, and creative editing of Chinese entertainment content, including dramas, variety shows, animation, documentaries, and films.

What You Will Do:

• Operate Chinese- and English-language YouTube channels, including video publishing, metadata preparation, scheduling, playlist management, and quality checks.
• Coordinate content rights confirmation and ensure all uploads comply with internal requirements and platform guidelines.
• Create and edit short-form and long-form video assets, including highlight clips, compilations, trailers, and YouTube Shorts.
• Optimize titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, and publishing strategies to improve reach and engagement.
• Monitor channel performance and YouTube analytics to provide insights and recommendations.
• Track Chinese entertainment and YouTube content trends to identify new content opportunities.

What We Would Like to See in You:

• Bachelor’s degree in Media, Communications, Film, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Fluency in Chinese and English is required.
• 1+ year of video editing experience, with proficiency in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar tools.
• Strong interest in Chinese dramas, variety shows, animation, and entertainment trends.
• Familiarity with YouTube content formats, platform trends, and audience behavior.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
