What they need
Content Migration & Coordination Manager
Initial 6 month engagement
£255 per day, inside IR35
Remote
We’re looking for an organised and proactive Content Migration & Coordination Specialist to support a content refresh across a large software portfolio.
This is a hands-on coordination role, ideal for someone who enjoys bringing structure to projects, managing workflows and working with different teams to get things done. You don’t need to be a heavyweight Project Manager or have in-depth technical knowledge of the products – the focus is on keeping activities organised, coordinating updates and ensuring content is aligned with the latest branding.
You’ll work across two businesses to update and modernise existing content, including a large library of YouTube videos and associated digital assets.
What you’ll be doing
- Coordinating the workflow for updating thousands of existing video assets and thumbnails.
- Organising content updates to bring branding, colours and visual elements in line with the current brand guidelines.
- Coordinating the re-recording or refreshing of around 20–30 videos, working with internal teams to explore options such as voiceovers, AI or new recordings.
- Working cross-functionally with stakeholders across both businesses to keep activities moving and priorities aligned.
- Helping organise and structure content across platforms and repositories.
- Reviewing existing content where time allows, identifying outdated material and opportunities to improve or retire assets.
- Tracking progress across project phases, managing priorities and keeping stakeholders informed.
What we’re looking for
- Experience coordinating content, digital asset, migration or brand refresh projects.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple workflows at once.
- Confidence working with different teams and stakeholders to keep projects on track.
- A practical, hands-on approach with good attention to detail.
- The ability to prioritise high-volume, repetitive tasks while keeping an eye on the bigger picture.
- Experience working with video content, YouTube or digital content platforms would be beneficial.
You don’t need to be a technical expert or an experienced Project Manager. We’re looking for someone who can bring structure, coordinate people and processes, and make sure the right updates happen at the right time.
You’ll play a key role in bringing a large content portfolio up to date, improving consistency and helping create a more organised, modern content library.
Ideally to start end of October at the latest.
