Content Specialist - Junior

We are hiring a Junior Content Specialist for our global pharmaceutical client located in Levent.

Key Responsibilities

Junior Content Specialist will

• Report to the Content Specialist
• Have support responsibility for developing, localizing, reviewing, and delivering compliant content and campaign materials aligned with brand priorities and customer needs for the Turkish Affiliate.
• Support local team in omnichannel execution across channels such as websites, HCP portals, approved emails, social media, and field force-led materials.

J ob Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day content development and localization activities as part of the local team.
• Assist in preparing, adapting, and updating campaign materials, copy, visual assets, and digital content based on approved messages and guidance from the team.
• Help coordinate content production steps, MLR review submissions, approval tracking, and documentation in a timely and organized way.
• Learn and support the use of content platforms and workflows such as Veeva PromoMats, CRM Approved Emails, Marketo Mails, RTEs, Brand Portals, Make A Copy, and other relevant tools.
• Contribute to campaign and content execution by preparing drafts, collecting inputs, and helping adapt materials for relevant channels.
• Support omnichannel execution across channels under team guidance.
• Follow established local & global processes for content planning, creation, production, review, approval, and distribution.
• Help adapt and reuse approved global content assets where relevant, ensuring alignment with local needs and guidance from the Brand team.
• Support content excellence initiatives such as modular content, content reuse, etc
• Assist with basic content performance tracking by collecting data, preparing simple summaries, and capturing learnings for the team.
• Collaborate closely with Brand Managers, Medical, Market Access, Commercial Excellence, Omnichannel Experience, agencies, OSO, and Content Factory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, life sciences, pharmacy, or a related field.
• 0–1 year of experience in content creation, marketing, digital marketing, communications, pharmaceutical industry, life sciences, FMCG, healthcare, advertising, or agency environment.
• Initial exposure to content localization, copywriting, digital campaign execution, or project coordination is preferred.
• Interest in pharmaceutical marketing, omnichannel engagement, customer experience, and compliant content development.
• Ability to understand brand objectives at a basic level and support the adaptation of approved messages into clear and compliant content.
• Basic understanding of content marketing, digital channels, and omnichannel customer engagement, with a strong willingness to learn and develop further.
• Collaborative, proactive, and solution-oriented working style with openness to feedback and continuous learning.
• Ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders in a professional, structured, and responsive manner.
• Basic awareness of copyright, promotional review processes, and content compliance principles, with willingness to learn local pharmaceutical rules and regulations.
• Comfortable supporting several content tasks in parallel in a fast-paced environment.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Turkish.
