Overview

We re looking for a Content Strategist who can turn insights into ideas, and ideas into content that makes people stop scrolling.

You ll work across Meta ads, social media, and other brand touch-points , shaping how the brand communicates with its audience.

This role sits at the intersection of creative strategy, performance marketing, scriptwriting, copywriting, and brand thinking .

If you can write a great hook, build a compelling narrative, understand why a piece of content works (or doesn t), and turn an idea into a shoot-ready piece of content quickly and efficiently, we d love to hear from you.

What You ll Do

• Develop creative strategies and concepts across Meta ads, social media and digital channels .
• Write scripts for:
  • UGC
  • Founder-led content
  • Product-led content
  • Testimonials
  • Educational content
  • Performance ads
• Develop strong hooks, narratives, creative angles , and rapidly test different messaging and formats.
• Take ideas from concept script shoot execution , working with internal teams and creators.
• Build distinctive, repeatable social formats and IPs that become recognisable to the audience.
• Work with the growth team to use creative performance data and audience insights to improve and iterate.
• Own and evolve the brand voice across consumer touchpoints.
• Collaborate with designers, editors, creators, influencers, and external creative partners to execute content.
• Stay on top of social trends, creator formats, and advertising best practices , identifying what is relevant for the brand.
• Contribute to broader brand campaigns and communication across online and offline channels.

What We re Looking For

• 2-4 years of experience in content strategy, creative strategy, copywriting, advertising, or a similar role.
• Experience working with D2C brands , preferably in:
  • Healthcare
  • Sports
  • Wellness
  • Fitness
  • Lifestyle
• A portfolio demonstrating strong:
  • Creative thinking
  • Writing
  • Content execution
  • Performance marketing content
  • Organic social content
• Strong copywriting skills , with the ability to adapt writing across different platforms and audiences.
• Experience working with creators and influencers , particularly on UGC content.
• Must be able to shoot and create content yourself , including:
  • UGC
  • Talking-head videos
  • Social-first content
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and take ideas from concept to execution quickly.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills .

Bonus Points If You

• Have worked at or with a creative agency .
• Have experience developing social IPs or recurring content formats .
• Can edit your own content .
