About the Role

Were looking for a creative and data-driven Content Strategist to build Bellavita’s content strategy across social, digital and brand channels. The ideal candidate understands consumers, culture and trends — and knows how to turn them into content that drives attention, engagement and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and own Bellavita’s content strategy and content calendar.
• Identify consumer insights, cultural moments, trends and content opportunities.
• Develop content pillars, formats, themes and campaign ideas.
• Create strong content briefs, hooks, scripts and creative directions.
• Work closely with creators, influencers, designers, video teams and marketing.
• Develop strategies for Reels, UGC, influencer content, campaigns and product launches.
• Analyze content performance and optimize strategy based on data.
• Track competitors and emerging trends in beauty, fragrance, D2C and social media.
• Ensure content remains consistent with Bellavita’s brand voice and positioning.
• Collaborate with performance marketing and e-commerce teams to create content that drives conversions.
