What they need
What you’ll do:
-Develop sharp, scroll-stopping hooks and content ideas for Instagram, YouTube and X
-Write engaging scripts for short-form videos
-Turn complex climate, energy and EV stories into content that’s simple, interesting and highly watchable
-Stay on top of trends, news, innovations and conversations across the space
-Think beyond content — find ways to drive traffic, reach and engagement across our social platforms
-Experiment with formats, headlines, hooks and distribution strategies to grow the pages
-Track what’s working and use insights to improve content performance
What we’re looking for:
-Strong writing and storytelling skills
-Great instinct for hooks, trends and what makes people stop scrolling
-Understanding of social media and digital content
-Curiosity about EVs, climate, energy, technology and the future
-Someone who can balance quality + speed
-Prior experience in content, social media or a similar role is a plus
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per month
