We’re looking for a Creative Strategist who can combine strategy, creativity, internet culture, and consumer insights to develop ideas and campaigns that make brands stand out.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Understand client briefs, brand objectives, target audiences, and campaign requirements.
• Develop creative concepts, campaign ideas, content strategies, and communication directions.
• Turn brand objectives into ideas that are culturally relevant and platform-friendly.
• Work closely with the Meme Marketing, Influencer Marketing, Content, Social Media, and Design teams.
• Research trends, pop culture, internet conversations, competitors, and audience behaviour.
• Identify opportunities for brands to participate in trending conversations.
• Develop creative hooks, campaign narratives, content pillars, and strategic directions.
• Create campaign concepts and present ideas internally and to clients.
• Translate insights into clear and actionable creative briefs for execution teams.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh, unconventional ideas.
• Review creative outputs and ensure they are aligned with the campaign strategy and brand tone.
• Analyse campaign performance and identify learnings for future campaigns.
• Stay updated with emerging social media formats, creator trends, memes, and digital culture.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in Creative Strategy, Brand Strategy, Social Media, Advertising, Content Strategy, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of social media and digital culture.
• Excellent creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to connect brand objectives with cultural trends and consumer behaviour.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, X, and other major social platforms.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain why an idea works—not just what the idea is.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Ability to work on multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
• Knowledge of meme marketing and influencer marketing is a major plus.
• A strong sense of humour and curiosity about what's happening on the internet is definitely required!

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
