Content Strategy Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Content Strategy Manager to join the team of a leader in the Telecommunications & Hardware space.

In this role, you will shape a full-funnel content strategy that supports demand generation and pipeline growth across the business. You will partner closely with marketing and cross-functional stakeholders to develop high-impact content that resonates with enterprise technology audiences. The position also calls for thoughtful use of AI to improve content creation, workflow efficiency, and performance insights.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $145,200 – $184,100 annually

Responsibilities

• Architect a content strategy to drive pipeline growth
• Leverage AI to improve the content lifecycle from ideation through analysis
• Maintain high quality across diverse content formats
• Produce and edit key assets such as sponsored articles and video scripts
• Enhance promotional content for channels including email and social media
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align content with audience needs and business goals
• Analyze performance metrics to refine content strategies and workflows

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in content strategy or content marketing
• Proven track record in building full-funnel content strategies that generate demand
• Strong writing and editing skills across various formats, including reports and promotional copy
• Genuine enthusiasm for AI and practical experience using AI tools for content creation
• Experience in B2B technology marketing targeting enterprise IT buyers
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Familiarity with workflow management tools like Asana and Workfront
