Position: Content Strategy Manager

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
Salary: Php 70,000 - Php 80,000 Gross
Work Set Up: Onsite

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, Multimedia, or a related field
• 5-8 years of experience in content strategy, creative strategy, advertising, or integrated marketing
• Experience developing and executing creative campaigns from concept to completion is an advantage
• Strong portfolio showcasing campaign development, storytelling, copywriting, and creative thinking
• Available to start as soon as possible (ASAP)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop content strategies and creative campaigns aligned with business goals and brand objectives
• Lead campaign brainstorming, storytelling, and creative direction across multiple platforms
• Prepare campaign briefs, key messages, content themes, and creative references
• Oversee content creation for traditional media, digital platforms, events, and partnerships
• Collaborate with creative and production teams to ensure effective campaign execution
