Content Videographer

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Content Videographer to expand our AK Project brand across social media. In this role, you will be responsible for capturing, editing, and producing high-quality video content of behind the scenes of the operation. Your expertise in videography, visual storytelling, and post-production will help elevate our brand presence across multiple platforms. We partner directly with brands to create strategic channels for excess and off-price inventory while protecting the brand equity, positioning, and image they have built.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute video shoots, including setting up cameras, lighting, and sound equipment to ensure optimal quality.
• Operate professional video recording equipment and manage camera setups for various filming scenarios.
• Record high-quality audio using microphones and sound recording techniques tailored for video production.
• Edit raw footage using media editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and Adobe After Effects to craft compelling stories.
• Enhance videos with motion graphics, visual effects, color correction, and sound design to create polished final products.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop concepts that align with brand messaging and campaign goals.
• Manage post-production workflows efficiently while adhering to project deadlines and quality standards.
• Strategizing content ideas to tailor the story of the company and building a community with the audience

Skills

• Proficiency in editing software (Capcut, Adobe Premier Pro, AI, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of videography techniques such as lighting for video production, camera setup, framing, and composition.
• Experience with media editing tools for editing videos, adding motion graphics, and color grading.
• Technical proficiency in operating video recording equipment and audio gear like microphones for sound recording.
• Skilled in visual storytelling principles to craft engaging narratives through video content.
• Ability to perform post-production tasks including editing footage, sound processing, and applying visual effects.
• Knowledge of media workflows involving video recording equipment setup, lighting design, and sound mixing.
• Understanding the social media algorithm specific to the niche of our content

Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour
