The company operates two digital platforms:

• Atmann – A wellness and healing platform connecting users with healers and practitioners.
• Your Pandit Ji – A spiritual services platform connecting customers with Pandits and enabling digital booking of religious and spiritual services.

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Content Writer / Content Creator to develop engaging and impactful content for our digital platforms, social media channels, websites, and marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate should have strong writing skills, a creative mindset, and an understanding of digital marketing, social media content, and paid advertising.

Freshers with good writing skills, relevant internships, or a strong interest in content creation and digital marketing are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging and high-quality content for websites, blogs, social media, advertisements, landing pages, and marketing campaigns.
• Develop content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital channels.
• Write engaging social media posts, captions, reels scripts, carousel content, stories, and video scripts.
• Create compelling ad copies and promotional content for paid advertising campaigns.
• Develop content for Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital advertising platforms.
• Write persuasive headlines, CTAs, ad descriptions, and promotional messages focused on engagement and conversions.
• Work closely with the marketing and design teams to develop creative campaigns.
• Research trending topics, audience interests, competitors, and industry developments.
• Create content related to wellness, healing, spirituality, religious services, and relevant lifestyle topics.
• Develop SEO-friendly content for websites and blogs when required.
• Repurpose existing content into different formats for social media and marketing campaigns.
• Assist in developing and maintaining a content calendar.
• Monitor content performance and suggest improvements based on engagement and campaign results.
• Conduct competitor and market research to identify new content opportunities.
• Stay updated with social media trends, content formats, digital marketing trends, and advertising practices.
• Ensure all content is grammatically correct, engaging, original, and aligned with the brand voice.

Paid Advertising Responsibilities

• Assist in creating ad copy and creative concepts for paid campaigns.
• Develop different versions of ad copies for A/B testing.
• Understand basic campaign objectives such as reach, engagement, traffic, leads, and conversions.
• Work with the marketing team to optimize content based on advertising performance.
• Research competitor advertisements and identify effective messaging and creative approaches.
• Support campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms.

Required Skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong command of English grammar, vocabulary, and sentence structure.
• Creative thinking and ability to generate fresh content ideas.
• Good understanding of social media content and digital marketing.
• Basic knowledge of paid advertising and ad copywriting.
• Ability to write short-form and long-form content.
• Understanding of audience targeting, CTAs, and conversion-focused content.
• Basic knowledge of SEO and keyword usage is an advantage.
• Familiarity with tools such as Canva, ChatGPT, Google Docs, Meta Business Suite, or similar tools is a plus.
• Good research and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple content requirements and deadlines.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of experience in Content Writing, Content Creation, Copywriting, or Digital Marketing.
• Freshers with relevant internships, certifications, portfolios, or strong writing skills are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with experience in social media content, ad copywriting, or paid advertising campaigns will be preferred.

Salary: ₹1,20,000 – ₹2,40,000 per year, based on experience and skills.
