Content Writer

We are looking for a high-caliber Social Media Script Writer to produce high-retention, viral-ready video scripts for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and long-form content. The core objective is simple: drive explosive organic reach, build an engaged follower base, and generate qualified inbound leads.

Strict AI Usage Policy

• Research & Ideation Only: You may leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity) strictly for market research, data gathering, and identifying trending topics or audience pain points.
• 100% Human-Written Scripts: Copy-pasting AI-generated text or relying on robotic LLM prose ("delve into," "testament," "unleash") will result in immediate disqualification. We require genuine human nuance, conversational storytelling, psychological triggers, and authentic pacing.

Key Responsibilities

• Write multiple, ready-to-record video scripts daily across short-form and long-form formats.
• Craft high-impact, scroll-stopping hooks within the first 3 seconds to maximize retention and watch time.
• Seamlessly integrate persuasive, non-intrusive Calls to Action (CTAs) designed to drive direct messages, comments, and link clicks.
• Include visual cues, pacing notes, and text overlay suggestions within each script for seamless editing handoff.
• Constantly analyze top-performing industry content and reverse-engineer trending viral formats.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven track record of writing video scripts that resulted in measurable viral reach and conversions (portfolio/links required).
• Deep understanding of social platform algorithms, audience retention curves, and direct-response marketing principles.
• Ability to write engaging, natural conversational English (and Hinglish where applicable).
• High turnaround speed without sacrificing depth, hook strength, or narrative flow.
