About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Writer who can turn ideas into content that people actually want to read, watch, and share.

The ideal candidate should understand digital content, social media, branding, and marketing — and should be able to write in different tones for different audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Write engaging content for social media, websites, blogs, advertisements, and marketing campaigns.
• Develop creative hooks, captions, scripts, headlines, and campaign ideas.
• Research topics, industries, competitors, and target audiences.
• Write content that is clear, engaging, SEO-friendly, and aligned with the brand voice.
• Create short-form video/reel scripts with strong hooks and storytelling.
• Work closely with the social media, design, video, SEO, and marketing teams.
• Proofread and edit content for grammar, clarity, tone, and accuracy.
• Adapt content for different platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and websites.
• Understand briefs and convert marketing objectives into effective content.
• Stay updated with social media trends, content formats, and digital marketing trends.
• Handle multiple projects and meet deadlines consistently.

Required Skills

• Excellent written English.
• Strong understanding of grammar, sentence structure, and storytelling.
• Ability to write strong hooks and attention-grabbing content.
• Good research and fact-checking skills.
• Understanding of social media and digital marketing.
• Ability to write both short-form and long-form content.
• Creative thinking and ability to generate fresh content ideas.
• Strong editing and proofreading skills.
• Ability to understand and follow brand guidelines.
• Good time management and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in writing reel/video scripts.
• Basic understanding of SEO and keyword placement.
• Experience with advertising copy and performance marketing content.
• Knowledge of AI writing tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini, with the ability to edit AI-generated content into natural, human-sounding copy.
• Experience working with digital marketing agencies or multiple brands.
