Job summary:

• Write knowledge base and help center articles, in line with client / stakeholder requests
• Participate in writing content for help center and knowledge base on product launches, with project coordinators and project lead (team leader) collaboration
• Engage in initial investigation and scoping of information, conducive to the topics that are required to write
• Writing social and community forum blogs aligned with inputs provided by the clients and community managers
• Collaborate with the stakeholders in staging product announcements and emerging product releases

Who Thrives Here:

• Completed 2 years in college without back subjects.
• At least 1 year of experience as a technical or instructional writer, with strong understanding of smart technology
• At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or technical support project
• High in English proficiency - Speaking and Writing
• Ability to write concise and reader-friendly instructions such as gadget user manuals
