Role Overview

We're hiring an Assistant Digital Manager Content to join our marketing team on-site in Mumbai. This role has two connected charges: writing that sells (blogs, category content, ad copy) as the primary focus, and building out our micro and nano influencer program as a secondary charge. It's a hands-on role for someone 1–3 years into their career who writes well and wants to grow into owning influencer marketing strategy, sourcing, negotiation and campaign execution end to end.

Key Responsibilities – Content & Copywriting

• Write blog content that supports SEO and brings organic traffic to the site
• Write and maintain category and product page content across the website and marketplaces
• Write ad copy for performance marketing — Meta, Google, and other paid channels
• Keep tone and messaging consistent with the Mufti brand voice across every piece
• Work with the design and performance marketing teams to turn campaign briefs into copy that converts
• Proofread and edit content from freelancers or junior writers when needed

Key Responsibilities – Influencer Marketing

• Identify and shortlist micro and nano influencers (roughly 1K–100K followers) across Instagram and YouTube who fit the Mufti audience
• Reach out to and negotiate with influencers, primarily structuring barter deals (product-for-content) rather than paid fees
• Build and own the influencer marketing strategy — which campaigns, which influencer tiers, and what success looks like each month
• Manage the full logistics and ops of each campaign: product selection and dispatch, briefing, content timelines, approvals and posting schedules
• Track deliverables, follow up on pending content, and maintain a running database of influencer relationships and past collaborations
• Report on campaign reach, engagement and ROI, and use those learning’s to refine future outreach
