Who Should Apply

Were looking for high-agency, curious content writers who can turn ideas into content that makes people stop, think and take action.

This role is ideal for candidates with less than 4 years of total work experience.

You should have:

• Strong writing and storytelling ability
• High learning ability and curiosity
• A strong understanding of social media content
• The ability to research, think and form opinions
• Comfort working with content performance data
• Ownership and attention to detail

You don’t need to know everything. You need to know how to learn.

What You’ll Do

Write content for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and other channels.

Research topics, study what is working, develop hooks and ideas, and create content designed to drive attention, engagement and action.

You won’t just publish content.

You’ll look at the data, understand why something worked or failed, and use that learning to make the next piece better.

What We’re Looking For

We are not looking for someone who simply knows how to write.

We want someone who can answer:

Why will someone stop scrolling?
Why will they keep watching?
Why will they care?
Why will they take action?

If your approach to content is just “write and post,” this isn’t for you.
