Job Overview

We are looking for a Technical Content Writer who has experience creating both technical/IT content and promotional/marketing content.

The ideal candidate should be able to understand technical concepts, research IT/software-related topics, and convert them into clear, engaging, and easy-to-understand content for different audiences.

You will work on a mix of technical, website, blog, product, promotional, and marketing content that supports brand visibility, digital marketing, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Write technical and IT-related content for websites, blogs, articles, and other digital platforms.
• Create promotional and marketing content for software products and IT solutions.
• Develop content for website pages, landing pages, blogs, articles, case studies, and press releases.
• Create engaging content for marketing campaigns, social media, email campaigns, and promotional activities.
• Research IT, software, technology, and industry-related topics and convert complex information into simple, reader-friendly content.
• Work with internal technical, product, marketing, and sales teams to understand requirements and create relevant content.
• Optimize content using basic SEO, keyword research, AEO, and GEO practices.
• Ensure content is grammatically correct, engaging, accurate, and consistent with the company's communication style.
• Repurpose technical information into different formats such as blogs, website content, social media posts, marketing material, and articles.
• Stay updated with technology trends, content marketing trends, SEO, AI search, and content best practices.

Required Skills

• 1–5 years of experience in Technical Content Writing / IT Content Writing / B2B Content Writing.
• Strong experience in writing technical as well as promotional/marketing content.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to understand and simplify technical and software-related concepts.
• Good research and content development skills.
• Basic understanding of SEO and content optimization.
• Familiarity with AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) is preferred.
• Experience creating content for websites, blogs, articles, social media, email campaigns, and marketing materials.
• Good proofreading, editing, grammar, and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate with technical, product, marketing, and sales teams.

Preferred / Good to Have

• Experience working in an IT company, software company, SaaS, technology, or B2B environment.
• Experience writing for software products or technology solutions.
• Experience with case studies, product content, technical documentation, and marketing collateral.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted content creation and AI-driven search/content optimization.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM is an added advantage but NOT mandatory.
