Content Writer

Team Harji is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Writer to develop engaging, informative, and compelling content for the company’s digital platforms and marketing activities.

The ideal candidate should have excellent writing skills, a strong command of English, and the ability to create content related to construction, architecture, residential and commercial projects, and brand marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Write engaging content for websites, blogs, social media platforms, and digital marketing campaigns.
• Develop scripts for Instagram Reels, promotional videos, interviews, and educational content.
• Create captions, headlines, creative copy, and content for social media posts.
• Research construction, architecture, and industry-related topics to develop accurate and informative content.
• Convert technical construction concepts into simple, audience-friendly language.
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to plan content calendars and campaigns.
• Develop content that aligns with the company’s brand voice and marketing objectives.
• Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy, clarity, grammar, and consistency.
• Assist in developing fresh content ideas, storytelling concepts, and campaign themes.
• Ensure timely delivery of content according to project deadlines.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• 1–5 years of experience in content writing, copywriting, or digital content creation.
• Excellent written communication and grammar skills.
• Strong command of English; knowledge of Hindi or Hinglish is an advantage.
• Ability to write engaging social media content and video scripts.
• Good research, storytelling, and editing skills.
• Creativity and the ability to develop fresh content ideas.
• Familiarity with Instagram, LinkedIn, websites, and other digital platforms.
• Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles is an advantage.
• Experience in construction, architecture, real estate, or a related industry is preferred.

Salary

₹20,000–₹30,000 per month, depending on experience, writing skills, and suitability for the role.
