We are hiring | Content Writer

Mojaru Education Technologies Ltd. is looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and research-driven Content Writer who understands audience psychology, brand storytelling, and conversion-focused communication. The ideal candidate will create engaging, persuasive, brand-aligned content across multiple digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Write compelling Bangla and English content for digital marketing campaigns.

2. Develop creative ad copy, headlines, captions, hooks, and compelling CTAs.

3. Prepare engaging scripts for reels, promotional videos, and educational content.

4. Create content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, websites, landing pages, and other digital platforms.

5. Develop and maintain content calendars aligned with marketing objectives.

6. Research customer personas, pain points, competitor messaging, market trends, and content opportunities.

7. Collaborate with the creative and performance marketing teams to execute marketing campaigns.

8. Ensure brand consistency, grammatical accuracy, and overall content quality.

9. Use AI tools such as ChatGPT for research, ideation, content development, and optimization.

10. Stay updated with social media trends, content formats, and digital marketing best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1. Excellent Bangla writing skills with strong English communication and writing ability.

2. Strong understanding of copywriting, storytelling, and content marketing.

3. Familiarity with AIDA, PAS, and other copywriting frameworks.

4. Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing.

5. Ability to write persuasive, engaging, and customer-focused content.

6. Experience with ChatGPT or other AI-assisted content tools.

7. Strong research, proofreading, editing, and time-management skills.

8. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

9. Relevant professional experience or a strong writing portfolio.

What we Value:

1. Previous experience in EdTech, education, digital marketing, or agency-based marketing.

2. Experience creating content for paid advertising campaigns.

3. Understanding of social media trends and digital audience behaviour.
