Content Writer – Custom Boxes & Packaging

We are seeking an experienced and creative Content Writer specializing in Custom Boxes and Packaging to join our team. The ideal candidate must have prior experience writing content for the custom packaging industry, particularly for the US market. The candidate will be responsible for creating SEO-optimized website content, product descriptions, packaging-related blogs, landing pages, and marketing copy that attracts potential customers and drives conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Write SEO-friendly website content for custom boxes, product packaging, and printed packaging solutions.
• Create engaging product descriptions for various packaging products, including custom mailer boxes, shipping boxes, rigid boxes, kraft boxes, folding cartons, cosmetic boxes, and retail packaging.
• Develop SEO-optimized landing pages and category pages targeting US customers.
• Write informative blogs and articles related to packaging trends, materials, printing techniques, and custom packaging solutions.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify relevant packaging industry search terms.
• Create compelling website copy that highlights product features, customization options, printing methods, and packaging benefits.
• Optimize existing content for search engine rankings, readability, and conversion rates.
• Ensure all content follows American English standards and meets the expectations of US-based customers.
• Collaborate with SEO specialists, designers, and marketing teams to execute content strategies.
• Maintain originality, factual accuracy, brand consistency, and timely delivery of all assignments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of proven experience in content writing within the custom boxes or packaging industry.
• Strong understanding of custom packaging products, packaging materials, printing techniques, and customization options.
• Previous experience writing for US-based packaging companies or e-commerce websites is highly preferred.
• Excellent written English with strong grammar, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Practical knowledge of SEO content writing, on-page SEO, keyword placement, and search intent.
• Familiarity with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Google Search Console.
• Ability to write product pages, category pages, blogs, and conversion-focused landing pages.
• Understanding of American English, US customer preferences, and packaging industry terminology.
• Ability to conduct independent research and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with custom packaging or printing companies serving the US market.
• Familiarity with packaging websites, product catalogs, and e-commerce content.
• A portfolio featuring packaging-related content, product pages, or SEO blogs.

Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
