Role purpose We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Content Writer Specialist to join our content and marketing team. In this role, you will develop compelling, audience-focused content that brings our brand to life across digital and offline channels.

The ideal candidate is a strong storyteller with exceptional writing skills, a deep understanding of content marketing, and the ability to adapt IDP’s tone and style to different audiences, channels, and markets.

Key accountabilities

• Develop engaging and original content for websites, blogs, email campaigns, social media, landing pages, brochures, and marketing materials.
• Write clear, persuasive, and audience-centric copy that aligns with brand guidelines and business objectives.
• Transform complex information into simple, accessible, and compelling content.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, regional, and stakeholder teams to develop content plans and editorial calendars.
• Ensure all content reflects the organisation’s tone of voice, messaging framework, and brand values.
• Adapt content for different countries, cultures, and audience segments while maintaining consistency.
• Review and edit content to ensure accuracy, quality, clarity, and relevance.

Required Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, English, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in content writing, copywriting, content marketing, or a similar role.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Strong understanding of content marketing principles and customer-centric storytelling.
• Experience creating content across multiple digital channels.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and content optimisation techniques.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience working within global or multi-market organisations.
• Experience with AI-assisted content creation and content governance.
