Content Writer VA

Job Summary:
We're bringing on a versatile and highly capable Social Media & Content Manager (Podcast & Content focus) to run our content engine from start to finish, covering everything from sharp, executive-facing articles to producing and editing our weekly podcast and shaping it into polished video and written content. The role sits at the center of a premium B2B brand that speaks directly to senior executives and CEOs, so strong business-level writing and a keen eye for quality are essential. Our ideal hire is a self-directed, AI-savvy creator who can build and run content workflows, edit video to a high standard, and reliably meet a weekly publishing cadence with little oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write and edit executive-facing articles and thought-leadership pieces that represent a premium brand to a senior audience
• Produce, edit, and manage the weekly podcast, taking raw recordings all the way to publish-ready episodes
• Take on substantial video editing, shaping long-form recordings into polished episodes and short-form clips
• Repurpose podcast and long-form content into articles, social posts, and other formats for each platform
• Build, run, and improve AI-powered content workflows (Claude, ChatGPT) that speed up and scale production
• Hold a steady weekly content and publishing cadence, treating deadlines as the top priority
• Check that every piece is on-brand, well-written, and ready for a senior executive audience
• Partner closely with the day-to-day manager on priorities, direction, and feedback
• Monitor content performance and recommend ways to expand reach and engagement

Mandatory Skills:

• Excellent business-level written English and genuine, demonstrable writing ability (article/long-form writing, not just captions)
• Strong video editing skills at a true portfolio level, not light trimming
• Hands-on experience building and running content workflows with AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT
• Proven ability to produce and edit podcast content from start to finish
• At ease repurposing long-form content into multiple formats
• Dependable, meticulous, and self-directed with minimal supervision
• Strong communication skills and a reliable record of meeting deadlines

Preferred Skills:

• Light Python or scripting ability to support and automate content workflows
• Experience producing content for a B2B or executive/professional audience
• Familiarity with short-form video for platforms like YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, or TikTok
• Experience expanding a podcast or content channel's reach and engagement
• Ability to think strategically and contribute fresh content ideas beyond execution
• Ability to balance multiple content projects in parallel
