Role: Content Writer Intern

Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Writer Intern to join our growing Marketing team. This internship is designed for students who are passionate about content creation, digital marketing, social media, and communicating ideas effectively to a professional audience.

As a Content Writer Intern, you will work closely with the Marketing team to create engaging content for LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other marketing initiatives. You will also get hands-on exposure to visual content creation, B2B marketing, content research, and developing content aligned with AIDAS branding and business objectives.

Location: TIDEL Park, Coimbatore

Experience: 0-6 months

Eligibility:

• Students or recent graduates from 2026 or 2027 batches.
• Candidates with a portfolio of writing, social media, design, or marketing work will be preferred.
• Strong interest in content writing, digital marketing, social media, and creative communication.

Requirements:

• Strong English writing and communication skills.
• Strong content writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Good understanding of LinkedIn content creation and social media communication.
• Basic understanding of email marketing and B2B communication.
• Good research skills with the ability to identify and understand relevant business topics.
• Ability to write clearly for a professional/B2B audience.
• Basic graphic designing skills for social media posts, banners, flyers, and other marketing materials.
• Hands-on experience with Canva or similar design tools.
• Creative thinking and the ability to develop new content and design ideas.
• Strong grammar, spelling, and attention to detail.
• Ability to understand feedback and continuously improve content.
• Basic knowledge of AI, technology, digital marketing, or B2B marketing is an added advantage.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create professional and engaging LinkedIn content for AIDAS.
• Write B2B email marketing content, including outreach emails, follow-ups, and campaign communications.
• Research industries, companies, business trends, and technology topics to develop relevant content.
• Understand the target audience and create content aligned with their business needs and interests.
• Create visual content such as LinkedIn posts, banners, flyers, and marketing creatives.
• Support the Marketing team with content for campaigns and promotional activities.
• Develop different content variations for testing and improve content based on engagement and feedback.
• Maintain consistency in AIDAS branding, tone, messaging, and content quality.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to brainstorm new content and campaign ideas.
• Stay updated on social media trends, content formats, digital marketing practices, and relevant technology topics.
