Role Description The Coordinator of Volunteers will manage and support a network of volunteers who assist job seekers using jobsفرص عمل’s services. This part-time remote role involves organizing volunteer schedules, assigning tasks, and ensuring volunteers have the resources and guidance needed to help candidates effectively. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating virtual training sessions, monitoring volunteer performance, maintaining clear communication channels, and responding to volunteer inquiries. The coordinator will also support community outreach initiatives, track volunteer activities, and provide regular updates and feedback to leadership. Collaboration with internal teams to improve volunteer processes and enhance the experience for both volunteers and job seekers is a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Volunteer Management and Volunteer Training to organize, guide, and develop a volunteer team effectively.
• Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to engage volunteers and job seekers in a supportive, professional manner.
• Candidates should possess experience in Community Outreach to build relationships with partner organizations and expand volunteer networks.
• Relevant experience in coordination, nonprofit or community programs, or recruitment support is beneficial.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple tasks, and use digital collaboration tools confidently.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory practices.
• Prior experience working with diverse communities or in a volunteer-based setting is an asset.
