About the Role

We’re looking for a creative, curious, and detail-oriented Content Writing Intern to help bring VARAÉ’s voice to life through engaging written content.

Your primary responsibilities will include writing blogs and creating Instagram post captions. You will work closely with the content and social media teams to turn ideas into clear, relatable writing that informs our audience and encourages meaningful engagement.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys writing, has a strong command of English, and wants practical experience in content creation and brand communication.

Key Responsibilities1. Blog Writing

Research and write original, informative blogs on topics relevant to VARAÉ, its products, and its audience.

Create well-structured articles with engaging introductions, clear headings, and useful takeaways. Make complex information easy to understand and maintain a consistent brand voice.

Learn and apply basic SEO practices, including incorporating relevant keywords naturally, writing suitable titles, and adding internal links under the team’s guidance.

2. Instagram Post Captions

Write engaging Instagram captions for posts, carousels, and reels, including educational content, product features, campaigns, and community-focused content.

Develop compelling opening lines, relatable storytelling, and appropriate calls to action. Ensure captions complement the creative rather than simply repeat the text shown in it.

Adapt the tone and length to the purpose of each post while keeping the writing natural and aligned with VARAÉ’s personality.

3. Research & Content Ideation

Suggest fresh blog topics and caption ideas based on audience interests, recurring questions, and content priorities.

Research using credible sources, verify factual information, and use approved product details. Flag anything that requires clarification and avoid unsupported claims or exaggerated promises.

4. Editing & Proofreading

Review your work for grammar, spelling, punctuation, clarity, and readability before submission.

Ensure content is original and follows the assigned brief. Incorporate feedback thoughtfully and refine drafts through the review process.

5. Team Coordination & Deadline Management

Work with the content, social media, design, and SEO teams to align writing with planned creatives and the content calendar.

Keep drafts organised, communicate progress, and meet agreed deadlines. Submit content for approval before it is published.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong written English, with good grammar, vocabulary, and attention to detail.
• An interest in blog writing, Instagram captions, and brand storytelling.
• Basic research skills and the ability to explain ideas clearly.
• Good organisation, willingness to learn, and openness to constructive feedback.
• Familiarity with Google Docs or Microsoft Word; basic SEO knowledge is an advantage, not a requirement.

Students and freshers are welcome to apply. Personal blogs, college assignments, and independently created social media content are welcome as writing samples.

How Success Will Be Measured

Success will be assessed through writing quality, originality, factual accuracy, timely submissions, consistency with the brand’s voice, and improvement through feedback.

Pay: ₹3,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
