CruiseWorld.jp is currently undergoing a major website rebuild and rebranding project. As part of this renewal, we are reimagining our editorial content and the way we discover, create, and share stories from around the world. To help build this new chapter of CruiseWorld, we are recruiting university student reporters and writers from different countries and cultural backgrounds.

We believe that tourism has a big impact on building a peaceful world. We are looking for people who believe in these same values, possess a strong understanding of cross-cultural communication, and are willing to work in a global setting.

What You'll Do

• Create original articles about cruises, travel, tourism, destinations, sustainability, and local culture in your country or region.
• Pitch unique story ideas that showcase your local region's hidden gems and cultural insights to an international audience.
• Collaborate with our editorial team and adapt your work to follow specific publishing guidelines in Japan (You will have to give your permission to make any necessary editorial changes to your writing prior to posting).

Who We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled university students from any country or academic background (professional writing experience is NOT required—we are looking for curious, responsible, and motivated students).
• Individuals with strong cross-cultural understanding and an enthusiasm for working in a global team setting.
• Anyone who shares our core belief that travel and tourism contribute to a more peaceful world.
• Motivated self-starters with good written communication skills in English.

【業務内容】

• 自国や地域のクルーズ、旅行、観光、目的地、サステナビリティ、ローカル文化に関するオリジナル記事の執筆
• 地元の隠れた名所や文化的インサイトを世界中の読者に発信する、ユニークな企画の提案
• 編集チームと連携し、日本の出版ガイドラインに合わせた記事の調整（掲載前に必要な編集・修正がオリジナル原稿に加えらえる場合があります。それについて理解できる事が応募必須条件になります。）

• 国籍や専攻分野を問わず、現在大学に在学中の方（プロのライター経験は不問です。探究心があり、責任感と意欲を持った学生を募集しています）
• 異文化に対する深い理解があり、グローバルチームでの活動に情熱を持てる方
• 「旅行や観光がより平和な世界の構築に貢献する」という当社のコアバリューに共感できる方
• 主体的に行動でき、英語での優れた文章コミュニケーション能力を持つ方
