MaxCare is currently seeking a hardworking and motivated Mover/Packer/Cleaner/Leader for our Contents division– All Training will be provided.

Technician duties include but not limited to:

• Packing/wrapping/loading/moving furniture/boxes.

• Heavy lifting.

• Driving a company vehicle to and from job sites with a team up to 6.

• Electronic inventory for storage or total loss.

• Content cleaning (cleaning items that have smoke/water residue).

• Construction cleans.

• Loading/unloading trucks/trailers for storage.

• Transporting contents to and from job sites.

• Assessing and determining salvageability for items affected by water/fire/structural damage.

• Any other related duties as assigned by management.

Experienced Lead Technician duties include but not limited to:

• Supervise 3-6 technicians.

• Complete all above-mentioned technician duties.

• Strong communication skills with clients and technicians.

• Ability to train on packing/loading/assessing/inventory.

• Ability to determine salvageability.

• A strong team player with leadership experience.

Applicants must possess a valid driver’s license and must also be able to pass pre-employment drug test & background check.

• Must be 18 years old or older.

• Able to lift up to 50lbs.

• Available full time (Monday- Friday 7:00-3:30 with rotating Saturdays)- Overtime is mandetory as needed.

• Must have great customer service skills and enjoy working in a team setting.

• Benefits available after 90 days (MaxCare pays 75% medical/dental, plus paid time off).

$20-$30 /hr. depending on experience / $41,600-$62,400 salary per year
