Make a Difference. Help Restore What Matters.

Aloha Contents is growing, and we're looking for a dependable, hands-on worker who can help us deliver exceptional service to homeowners and businesses during challenging times.

This is a hands-on, physically active position that requires attention to detail, a positive attitude, teamwork, flexibility, and a genuine commitment to treating people and their possessions with respect.

Why Join Aloha Contents?

Aloha Contents specializes in packing, inventorying, cleaning, storing, and restoring personal belongings during relocations, renovations, and property restoration projects. We're looking for someone who wants more than just a job. We're building a team of people who believe in serving others with care, ownership, integrity, and compassion during times of transition.

Our Packout Technicians play an essential role in helping homeowners, businesses, and insurance clients recover from property damage, renovations, and other disruptions. Whether carefully packing a family's treasured possessions, documenting contents after a loss, cleaning salvageable items, or returning belongings to their rightful place, our technicians represent the care, professionalism, and Aloha spirit that define our company.

What You'll Do

Packout & Contents Handling

  • Carefully pack, wrap, protect, label, and transport household and commercial contents.
  • Handle furniture, electronics, artwork, fragile items, and personal belongings with appropriate care.
  • Assist with loading, unloading, moving, and organizing contents at job sites, warehouses, and storage facilities.
  • Follow established packing procedures to minimize damage, loss, and unnecessary handling.
  • Assist with contents return (takeback), unpacking, placement, and reassembly as directed.

Inventory & Documentation

  • Assist with accurate digital inventory, photography, labeling, and tracking of client contents using company-provided technology.
  • Maintain accurate identification and organization of packed items throughout the job.
  • Follow established chain-of-custody and documentation procedures.
  • Promptly report pre-existing damage, newly discovered damage, missing items, or inventory discrepancies to the Team Lead.

Cleaning, Restoration & Warehouse Support

  • Assist with cleaning, sorting, and processing contents affected by fire, smoke, water, or other property damage.
  • Follow company procedures for safe handling and cleaning of affected materials.
  • Support warehouse organization, vault storage, supply management, and general housekeeping.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe workspaces, equipment, and vehicles.
  • Participate in responsible waste reduction, recycling, and reuse practices whenever practical.

Customer Service & Professionalism

  • Treat every client, coworker, and property with kindness, patience, discretion, and respect.
  • Recognize that many customers may be experiencing significant stress, loss, or uncertainty.
  • Maintain professional behavior, language, and appearance while representing Aloha Contents.
  • Respect client privacy and maintain confidentiality regarding personal belongings, property conditions, and client information.
  • Refer customer concerns, questions about scope, or requests for additional work to the Team Lead or management.

Teamwork, Safety & Accountability

  • Follow instructions from the assigned Team Lead and communicate proactively about job progress, challenges, and safety concerns.
  • Arrive on time, prepared to work, with required clothing, footwear, and equipment.
  • Follow company safety policies, proper lifting techniques, and required personal protective equipment (PPE) procedures.
  • Complete assigned tasks efficiently while maintaining quality and care.
  • Accurately record hours worked and comply with company timekeeping and scheduling procedures.
  • Report injuries, incidents, damaged equipment, or unsafe conditions promptly.
  • Participate in training and demonstrate willingness to learn new processes, equipment, and technologies.
