Continental CDP

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Continental CDP (Chef de Partie) to join our kitchen team. The candidate should have strong experience in continental cuisine and the ability to handle a specific section independently while maintaining high food quality and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present high-quality continental dishes as per standard recipes
• Manage and handle the assigned kitchen section efficiently
• Ensure proper food preparation, portion control, and plating standards
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene as per food safety norms
• Assist in menu planning and innovation
• Train and support junior kitchen staff

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in continental kitchen
• Good knowledge of continental cuisine and cooking techniques
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a positive attitude

Salary: As per industry standards (negotiable based on experience)
