Continental Chef – Corporate /Institutional catring
We are looking for an experienced Continental Chef with strong exposure to IT campuses, corporate cafeterias, institutional catering or large-volume central kitchen operations. Key Requirements - Strong expertise in Continental, Italian, Health bowls and modern café cuisine - Proven ability to handle mass/bulk food production - Experience in IT campus or corporate catering preferred - Capable of handling breakfast, lunch, snacks, buffets and live counters - Strong knowledge of production planning, recipe standardization and portion control - Responsible for food cost, wastage control, inventory and kitchen hygiene - Ability to manage and train a large kitchen brigade - Knowledge of FSSAI/HACCP and corporate food-safety standards - Ability to maintain consistent taste and quality across high-volume production Experience: 5+ years
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
