Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Continental Chef with strong knowledge of Continental cuisine, food preparation, presentation, and kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality Continental dishes, starters, pasta, sandwiches, burgers, and other café-style food.
• Maintain consistency in taste, quality, portioning, and presentation.
• Follow standard recipes, SOPs, and food safety and hygiene guidelines.
• Manage mise en place and ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Control food wastage and maintain food cost standards.
• Coordinate with the Head Chef and kitchen team during service.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of Continental cuisine and cooking techniques.
• Experience in café or restaurant operations.
• Knowledge of food costing, portion control, and kitchen hygiene.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain service standards.
• Teamwork, discipline, and a positive attitude.
