Position: Continental Chef – Commi 1 / Commi 2

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook Continental dishes according to standards.
• Maintain food quality, taste, presentation, and hygiene.
• Handle kitchen equipment and ingredients properly.
• Assist in daily kitchen operations and food preparation.
• Maintain cleanliness and follow food-safety procedures.
• Work efficiently with the kitchen team during busy hours.

Requirements

• Previous experience in Continental cuisine preferred.
• Candidates with Commi 1 or Commi 2 experience can apply.
• Good knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen hygiene.
• Teamwork, discipline, and a positive attitude.
• Freshers with relevant culinary training may also be considered.
