What they need
About EPG Group
EPG Group delivers global contingent workforce solutions across the Americas, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM.
Through our platform, Xemplo, we manage onboarding, employment, payroll, compliance, and billing—giving clients control and visibility across their workforce.
We’re scaling quickly and need someone who can own operations, fix problems, and drive consistency globally. The position is open to candidates who are based in any location across the USA.
The Role
We’re looking for a hands-on operator to run global contingent workforce programs.
This is a delivery role , not a pure strategy role. You will be in the detail—working across vendors, clients, payroll, legal, and internal teams to make sure everything runs properly. We're flexible, open to remote global locations ideally USA or ANZ.
You will:
- take ownership
- hold people accountable
- fix issues quickly
- build structure where it doesn’t exist
If you like solving problems, working across multiple countries, and driving outcomes—this role is for you.
What You’ll Own
End-to-End Operations
- Run global contingent workforce programs day-to-day
- Own onboarding → compliance → offboarding workflows
- Drive SLAs, timelines, and delivery standards
- Identify issues early and resolve them fast
Vendor & Supply Chain Management
- Manage and optimise global suppliers and partners
- Hold vendors accountable on performance, compliance, and timelines
- Address underperformance and remove friction from the supply chain
- Simplify and standardise delivery across regions
Global Execution
- Ensure consistent delivery across multiple countries
- Navigate local requirements without slowing execution
- Coordinate across payroll, legal, HR, and finance to keep things moving
Workforce Engagement Models
- Support contractor vs employee engagement decisions
- Ensure structures are compliant, practical, and commercially sound
- Manage re-engagements, changes, and remediation when required
Systems & Process (Xemplo)
- Use Xemplo to drive workflow, visibility, and control
- Ensure data integrity and audit-ready records
- Push automation and remove manual inefficiencies
Client Delivery
- Act as a reliable operator for client programs
- Support implementations and ongoing delivery
- Provide clear, practical, solution-focused guidance
You own the outcome — not just the process.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- 10+ years in global contingent workforce compliance, human resources, labour compliance, , or employment law
- Strong understanding of international labour laws, worker classification, statutory requirements, and tax obligations
- Demonstrated experience managing multi-country workforce programs
- Proven ability to work with HR, Legal, Procurement, Payroll, and external specialists
- Strong governance, documentation, and process design expertise
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Preferred Experience
- Experience with EOR, AOR, TPP, and global contingent workforce models
- Expert experience and ability to navigate HRIS or compliance technology platforms
- Experience supporting audits, migrations, and global implementations
- Compliance, HR, or legal certifications
