Job Description: Continuing Care Assistantprovides personal care and activities of daily living for clients/patients/residents to encourage optimum level of functioning. Supports clients/patients/residents in meeting their physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual needs.

Education

• Continuing Care Assistant certificate (CCA)

Competencies

• Organizational skills
• Basic – Computer skills
• Communication skills
• Interpersonal skills

Knowledge and Abilities

• Ability to work independently

Other Information

• Food Safe certificate, where required
• Valid driver’s license, where required
