Responsibilities

• Support the AOS Lead for the sector in implementing AOS (Airbus Operating System) tools and standards, including Chronos (an application used to track aircraft progress and capture disruptions (NVA));
• Ensure the transfer of AOS knowledge to team leads, supervisors, and natural work teams;
• Coach daily routines aimed at meeting the plan and improving workstation performance;
• Support the progression of AOS maturity;
• Support workstation performance analysis;
• Act as the local point of contact for AOS standards;
• Capture Chronos improvement opportunities.

Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or another relevant program;
• 2 to 5 years of experience in Operations, in a management or continuous improvement role;
• Ability to influence first- and second-level managers;
• Strong interest in coaching;
• Strong interest in working on the shop floor;
• Flexible schedule to coach both day and evening routines;
• Bilingual (French and English).
