Hiring: CI Analyst (Continuous Improvement Analyst)

Location: India preferred | European Time Zone

Duration: 6 Months

About the Role

We are looking for detail-oriented CI Analysts to support business process analysis, performance reporting, and continuous improvement projects across finance, supply chain, and shared services operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Document business workflows and develop process maps, SOPs, and supporting documentation.
• Collect and analyse operational data, identify process gaps, and support root cause analysis.
• Prepare Excel dashboards and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Assist with improvement projects, workshops, action tracking, and progress reporting.
• Collaborate with business teams to identify opportunities for process optimisation.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in operations, finance, business analysis, or shared services.
• Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification, or willingness to obtain it within 3 months.
• Experience with process mapping tools such as Visio or Lucidchart.
• Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP.
• Knowledge of Power BI or Tableau is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and organisational skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.

Preferred Candidate: Candidates based in India who can work in the European time zone and join within 1–2 weeks.
