Position Description

The Continuous Improvement Associate will support the organization’s efforts to enhance operational efficiency, reduce waste, and improve processes across all functions. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals passionate about problem-solving, data analysis, and driving incremental improvements that contribute to overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, and other CI methodologies.
• Collect and analyze data to support improvement initiatives and measure results.
• Participate in Kaizen events, workshops, and cross-functional improvement projects.
• Document current processes and help develop standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Support the implementation of continuous improvement tools and techniques across departments.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure sustainability of improvements.

Required Education & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• Technical background or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Basic understanding of Lean/Six Sigma principles.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Eagerness to learn and apply continuous improvement methodologies.
• Adaptability and willingness to take initiative.
