Job DescriptionAs a Continuous Improvement Engineer, you will support the Lean transformation of the Safran Aerosystems Morocco site.
You will support operational teams in the continuous improvement of performance, deploy Lean training, and ensure the integration of standards into daily operations. Your on-site presence and coaching approach are essential for driving sustainable change.
- Contribute to on-site rituals (performance management) and support operational teams
- Develop, deploy, and maintain continuous improvement standards and practices
- Participate in strategic projects aimed at improving the site's industrial performance according to Group standards
Job RequirementsYour qualifications: - Engineering degree or equivalent with a specialization in Lean/Continuous Improvement
- Minimum 3 years of experience in continuous improvement in an industrial environment
This position reports to the Continuous Improvement Manager and offers a dynamic industrial environment.
