Continuous Improvement Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and update manufacturing plant layouts using AutoCAD.
• Identify opportunities to improve floor space utilization, material flow, and production efficiency.
• Lead continuous improvement projects focused on productivity, cost reduction, and waste elimination.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing tools, including 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, and Standard Work.
• Support workstation design, production line balancing, and process optimization.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Quality, and EHS teams on improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering.
• 4+ years of experience in manufacturing or continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D) for industrial layouts — required.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and process improvement methodologies.
• Experience in space optimization, material flow, and production line design.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• English proficiency preferred.
