Role: Continuous Improvement Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Lead lean and process optimization initiatives within manufacturing operations.
• Analyze production data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Facilitate kaizen events and map value streams to enhance efficiency.
• Implement standard work procedures to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and quality teams to achieve measurable results.
• Mentor teams in lean and Six Sigma methodologies to foster continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong knowledge of lean, Six Sigma, and process improvement tools.
• Ability to analyze data and drive results through process changes.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Experience leading kaizen events and value stream mapping.
